Ralph D. Webb serves on the Edgecombe County Board of Commissioners and the Executive Committee of the Upper Coastal Plain COG. A retired Respiratory Therapy Program Director at Edgecombe Community College, he is a licensed practitioner and a lifetime member of both the NC Society for Respiratory Care and the American Association for Respiratory Care.
